Kartka Terms of Service

1. Overview
Kartka ("the Service", "Kartka") is operated from Poland and lets you generate slideshow content with AI and publish it to social platforms you connect, including TikTok. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accounts you connect, and for the content you generate and publish. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and comply with the terms of any platform you connect (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
3. Content and publishing
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited right to process and, at your explicit request, publish that content to the accounts you connect. You are solely responsible for what you publish and confirm you hold the necessary rights to it. Nothing is published without your action.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to spam, or to violate any connected platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. TikTok, Supabase, Anthropic, Pexels, Stripe). Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
